Mutharika appoints Stella Twea as commissioner for Malawi Human Rights Commission

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has appointed Mrs. Stella Twea as new commissioner for the Malawi Human Rights Commission (MHRC).
This has been disclosed in a press statement released on Wednesday signed by Chief Secretary to the President Lloyd Muhara made available to faceofamalawi.
According to Muhara, the appointment of Twea is with effect from March 18, 2017.
Recently President Mutharika also appointed new Board of the state controlled Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) which is chaired by Billy Banda.
