A heartless kidnapper identified as Abdullah Dalhatu, has been arrested by security operatives in Bauchi, for kidnapping and cutting the body parts of his victims for ritual.
It was gathered that after his arrest, he led a team of security operatives to a forest where he buried the head of one of his victims, a 60 year old man.
