Neighbours to this woman complain how she dresses (photos)

Living in slum plots it needs to have real guts in order to resist temptation from women who happen to stay next door and they usually in seductive attires.
The photo below was taken in some part of Tanzania, in typical ghettos and the woman in photo, dressed like that in clear day and her neighbours posted it for complaining.
