A man who is being charged with murdering his own girlfriend has come out to clear his name as he insists she choked on his manhood.
Richard Henry Patterson, a 65-year-old man on trial for killing his girlfriend has claimed that she choked to death on his manhood and now he wants to present it to the jury in evidence.
According to Metro UK, Richard Henry Patterson, is accused of strangling Francisca Marguinez in Margate, Florida.
He claims that he has a large penis and she choked to death on it while performing oral s*x.
He admits that he killed her, but denies that he did it deliberately and is to face trial for second-degree murder.
Patterson’s defence lawyer, Ken Padowitz, asked the judge to allow Patterson to show his penis to the jury, judge, lawyers and a bailiff.
He said that it was ‘essential’ so that they fully understand what he is talking about.
If that fails, he is considering having a mould made of this client’s penis so that he can show the jurors.
Patterson killed Marguinez in October 2015 after they had been dating for around four months. He was arrested in November after police found a decomposing body when Patterson contacted his lawyer and told him to send police to Marguinez’s home.
She was found face-down on the bed, Local 10 reported at the time, surrounded by blood and semen-stained tissues.
She showed no signs of trauma, but because the body had already started decomposing a coroner was unable to determine the cause of death.
Patterson was arrested after he messaged his daughter and a friend saying he ‘did something bad’ and that he ‘was so sorry’. He said he ‘choked Francisca’, but now argues that he didn’t say he strangled her.
It’s not clear if he would present his p*nis flaccid or erect.
