Information sourced by Faceofmalawi indicates that Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of Enlighten Christian Gathering (ECG) church through Shepherd Bushiri Investments (SBI) is in the process of buying Airtel Malawi and Zambia.
The revelation comes barely days after Bushiri successfully launched his new energy drink called ‘Favour’.
According to information at hand, Bushiri has offered to buy Airtel Malawi at $350m while that of Zambia at and $750m.
It is said that Airtel Headquarters has accepted the offer.
