Judge Nyakwawa Usiwa Usiwa had issues with Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda(read this)

Information sourced by faceofmalawi indicates that late Judge Nyakwawa Usiwa Usiwa had unresolved issues with the Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda before his death on Thursday.

This has been disclosed in a letter dated February 20, 2017 addressed to Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda seen by FOM’s reporter.

In the letter, Nyakwawa Usiwa Usiwa highlighted a number of issues one of it being that of his transfer to Mzuzu High Court.
