A Drug dealer by the name of Tercell Davis a.k.a 22 Jump Street is facing an attempted second degree murder after he sold broccoli vegetable at $10.000 to clients who thought it was marijuana and started shooting the following day upon realizing they were tricked.

Reports say after the clients realized it was not ganja they hatched a plan the following night with hopes either to get the real marijuana this time or else to get back their $10.000.

However the drug dealer wasn’t too sharp to realize it was the same clients and he gave them another bag of broccoli.

It was when they began arguing about their foul trade and it resulted into shooting.

It is reported that one of the buyers was shot in the chest but eventually recovered, according to District Attorney George Brauchler.

Meanwhile, on Friday, the buyer Sababu Colbert-Evans was sentenced to 16-years in prison for attempted first degree murder among others while the dealer, Davis pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree murder and he will be sentenced on August 7 this year.
