Reports reaching faceofmalawi indicates that carjackers have stolen a vehicle belonging to Chiradzulu District Agriculture office at Manjawira.
According to information at hand, the vehicle Toyota Land cruiser MG 5631 was borrowed Programme Manager for Karonga to ferry the remains of five people killed in road accident in the early hours on Wednesday in Ntcheu.
An eyewitness told this publication that the carjackers posed as police officers, stopped the vehicle between senzani and manjawira.
The thugs hacked the driver in the head before dumping him at a nearby bush.
According to Dan Mughogho, the vehicle has been recovered in Mozambique and two people have been arrested in connection to the incident.
