Information sourced by faceofmalawi indicates that Judiciary support staffs in the capital Lilongwe have not returned to work today as announced on Wednesday.
The Judiciary support staff started a sit in last month over housing allowances and the strike came to an end yesterday.
But information at hand indicates that, Judiciary support staffs in the capital Lilongwe have not resumed work while that of Blantyre and Mzuzu have resumed work.
A visit by FOM’s reporter at Lilongwe High Court saw Judiciary support staff hovering around court premises while some were in groups discussing.
Speaking in an interview with the press, Spokesperson for the Judiciary support staff Charles Lizigeni confirmed of the development in an interview with press.
According to Lizigeni, the support staffs in Lilongwe have not resumed work because of unresolved issues.
Lizigeni has since travelled to Lilongwe to have the issues resolved, according to information at hand.
