Civil society organisations (CSOs) has put on hold the decision of dragging the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) to court,  but has agreed to have dialogue with over soliciting money from some parastatals and city councils  for ‘blue Night’

Previously,  CSO’s threatened to take legal action on DPP’s coercive collection of money from some parastatals and city councils amounting to K13.5 million.

But DPP through its Secretary General Greselder Jeffrey opted for dialogue with the CSOs.

According to Zodiak Online, in a leaked memo from  CSOs, dated 29 August , indicates that lawyer for the CSOs has agreed to the dialogue with some conditions attached to the meeting.

The date for the dialogue will be communicated in details to come.
