United States of Thyolo and Mulanje Self-Proclaimed President ‘Vincent Wandale’ Introduces his Cabinet Members (See Photo)

The self-proclaimed president of Thyolo and Mulanje, Vincent Wandale has introduced his cabinet to people.
Wandale went online with a picture that shows him and other 25 people which he calls are his cabinet members in his country.
Wandale disclosed that the 25 cabinet members, five women and 20 men will soon be sworn in.
However, he did not disclose the kind of procedure he used to pick each one of the members.
