Blantyre based gospel musician Thocco Katimba has distanced himself from a fake facebook account calling upon Malawians to join Satanism at fee of Mk10,000.
The social media has been a washed with an account of baring the name of the singer ‘Satanism Thocco Katimba’ urging people join Satanism by buying a form at MK10,000.
According to information posted on the page seen by faceofmalawi reporter, the chance will be given to first 1000 people.
But Thocco Anaphi Katimba has distanced himself from the account, describing it as fake.
“Good morning dear family and Friends, Iam shocked to learn that someone has gone as far as creating a fake page with my name on it demanding money and posting all sorts of bad stuff just to dent my image. I therefore would like to disassociate myself to any posts or demands coming from these fake pages.
“Let me further inform you that I only have one facebook Account of which I only use to connect and give you updates regarding my musical life. Stay blessed,” wrote Katimba.
