Information sourced by faceofmalawi indicates that a Catholic priest from St Michael’s Church in Chikwawa has been suspended indefinitely for allegedly being caught red handed having sex with an 18 year old girl.
According to Dan Mughogho of has it happens confirmed of the development in a statement posted on his official facebook page seen by FOM’s reporter.
Mughogho said the priest was ministering at the parish and was caught redhanded over the weekend.
He said the priest was caught in the act by the brother of the girl at an open ground around Chikwawa boma in the night.
“The one who found them in the act was the brother to the girl who demanded money if he wanted to save his face”
“….the priest had no money. Instead he had his Honda motor bike, a travelling bag, phones and other things confiscated,” wrote Mughogho.
According to Mughogho, the confiscated items were tendered as evidence at the parish priest hence the suspension.
