Another lightning has claimed the life of a man in Nkhotakota district.
The now deceased person has been identified as Makiyi Siteshoni who died near his garden when the lightning struck.
It is reported that on that fateful day, the victim was doing garden works at his garden. In the process, the rain started to shower and he rushed under a mango tree for shelter.
Later a lightning struck the mango tree and he died on the spot.
He hailed from Chimbuwira village, Senior Chief Mwadzama in Nkhotakota.
