Death has been announced of Jephter Mwanza who spearheaded Community Scorecard Processes under the Kalondolondo programme.
Until his death Mwanza was serving as Link for Citizen Empowerment Director.
Mwanza passed on in the wee hours of Wednesday at Kamuzu Central Hospital (KCH) in the capital Lilongwe.
According to information at hand, Mwanza had a liver problem.
