Ex-president of Botswana seems to have already started adapting life off presidency barely a month after he announced his retirement.
But despite his retirement, Ian Khama has not leave behind the heart of giving as he used to exhibit way before he stepped down as the president of Botswana.
The former soldier who handed over the highest office of the land to his then vice president Eric Mokgweetsi Masisi, shared photos of him in a rural area in Botswana cheering the villagers and also donating some items he had brought for them.
According to his post on social media, the ex-president’s visit to the village was mainly to spend time with his newly formed team in the area and also to take a break as he settled into his new office.
Below is his Facebook post shared Saturday.
