Mayor of Lilongwe City, Councilor Dr. Desmond Williams Bikoko will on May 19, 2018 tie a knot with his longtime lover Christie Kang’ombe at the African Bible College Chapel in the capital city.
The reception will take place at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in the capital Lilongwe.
This has been disclosed in a circular seen by faceofmalawi reporter.
According to the circular, the country’s vice President Saulos Klaus Chilima and wife Mary, cabinet ministers, diplomats, Malawi Defense Force generals are among those invited.
Bikoko is founder and Chairman of Madison Holdings Limited and Riverton University.
The Mayor dumped the main opposition Malawi Congress Party (MCP) after a disagreement with some top officials and joined the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
