Goodall Gondwe to present 2018/19 national budget today

Minister of Finance and Economic Development Goodall is today afternoon expected to present the 2018/2019 national budget at Parliament.
This will be the last national budget for President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika and the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) as the country is going for the polls in 2019.
In the morning, Speaker of the National Assembly Richard Msowoya adjourned the house earlier following the request from leader of the House Kondwani Nankhumwa.
Meanwhile expectations are high among Malawians.
