Man arrested for killing his wife in Zomba

Police in Zomba have arrested a 32-year-old man for allegedly murdering his wife.
Zomba Police Publicist Patricia Sipiliano says they have arrested Kondwani Chimenya of Lomwe Village, Traditional Authority Chikowi in the district.
It is alleged that on the night of 12 May 2018 the suspect was feeling unwell and he asked his wife to accompany him to a witchdoctor.
And when they arrived at Malangwi Village, the husband allegedly produced a Panga knife and hacked his wife on the head and she died on the spot.
Chimenya will appear in court soon to answer murder charges
