Former President Dr. Joyce Banda on Sunday was spotted at Emmanuel Tv attending church service at well-known Nigerian Prophet TB Joshua’s church.
Banda was spotted together with her husband, retired Chief Justice Richard Banda, her sister, daughter and son, Roy Kachale.
The development comes barely two weeks after she expressed interest to contest as President on People’s Party (PP) ticket in the forthcoming 2019 polls.
This is not the first time Banda has attended prayers at TB Joshua’s church in Nigeria. Before taking over the reign of power in 2012 following the death of late Bingu wa Mutharika, Banda also travelled to Nigeria for prayers.
It is alleged that man of God told Banda in his Prophecy that she will be in power only for two years and this came to pass in 2014 when President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika emerged victorious.
