Governing Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) vice president for South Kondwani Nankhumwa is today scheduled to hold whistle stop rallies in Phalombe District.
The tour will start from Migowi in Phalombe Central Constituency, Chitekesa in Phalombe North, Chiringa at Thambe Primary School in Phalombe East, Mambala Primary School in Phalombe North East and Mpasa Primary School in Phalombe South.
According to sources, the Local Government and Rural Development Minister aims to woo supporters to register in large numbers in Phase Five of Voter Registration exercise which started on Sunday in Mulanje, Thyolo, Neno, Phalombe and Balaka Districts.
Nankhumwa is also expected to take the tour to Mpemba in Blantyre, Mulanje and Neno.
