Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB) is scheduled to release the 2018 Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examination results in October, faceofmalawi can reveal.
MANEB Executive Director Gerald Chiunda disclosed this on Tuesday during the opening of the standard fixing and awards meeting held in the eastern district of Zomba.
According to Chiunda, MANEB is doing everything possible to have the results released on time.
Commenting on whether the leakage of some papers will affect the results, Chiunda said the malpractice will not affect the outcomes.
“There technical process that we follow and I can assure all Malawians that the malpractice will not affect the grades awarded to the students. The results will be credible,” said Chiunda.
Police arrested two teachers in Lilongwe for being found with examination papers in their phones.
