Two students from Bunda College are in police custody for allegedly killing a guard suspected of stealing a laptop from their room.
The two students have been identified as Harry Mhura, fourth year student and Wycliff Mwanjasi, second year student.
According to information at hand, using a sharp object the suspects allegedly made 3 deep cuts in the victims head and another cut on the face forcing an eye out of its socket.
The two students are at Lilongwe Police Station waiting to appear before a court of law.
The incident happened on Tuesday September 11 2018.
