National Theatre Association of Malawi (Ntam) will on Saturday hold a show to raise funds for its president Eric Mabedi popularly known as Jakobo.
Mabedi is in need of K20 million to travel to India for a kidney transplant.
The show will be held at Lilongwe Community Centre Hall and includes performances from Dzuwa Arts, Wachetemara Ensemble Theatre, Harmony Arts, Nansadi Arts and New Beginning.
Meanwhile the government of Malawi through the Ministry of Health has offered to airlift Mabedi to India for Kidney transplant.
According to information at hand, Mabedi is expected to leave the country next month once the Kidney donor is found.
