The Aspirant Member of Parliament for Thyolo East Andrew Mwadala has said he is optimistic to win in 2019 tripartite elections under Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) ticket.
He said he is optimistic because he has brought a lot of development in the area like construction of bridges, Kiosk, boreholes, road network infrastructure and paying school fees to the needy students.
“With my financial muscles I’m already developing the area despite that I’m not an MP so what more when am voted into power next year,” he said.
Andrew Mwadala also bought wheel chair to disabled person as one way of lifting his life and promised to help even the elderly and orphans.
He said he is not fighting anyone in Thyolo East constituency but to reduce poverty, hunger and to bring more development which is lacking currently.
The youthful Aspirant MP also said the challenge in Thyolo district is lack of portable water and said he will going to write a proposal letter to the President to help the area with portable water through pipes from Chambe where the project is underway.
In related development Councilor of Green corner Aubrey Chiwala ward and Mathews Machila of Naotcha ward won the primary elections for opposition Malawi Congress Party and promised to develop their wards if voted into power next year.
