High Court Judge Mark Tembo set November 12, 2018 as a day for the interparte hearing but lawyers representing the State did not show up for the case.
The development forced the Judge Tembo to sustain the injunction to the delight of the lawyer Nicely Msowoya who is representing the concerned citizens.
Meanwhile Minister of Information and Communications Henry Mussa is yet to comment on the matter.
