Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that the newly register political party, United Transformation Movement (UTM) will hold its much awaited national elective conference in December.
Initial, UTM was scheduled to hold the convention on November 9, 2018 but the elective conference was postponed due to Court battles over registration certificate.
UTM leader Saulos Chilima who is also the Vice President disclosed this during a rally in Salima on Sunday.
According to Chilima, all positions at the party will be up for grabs.
He also urged party follows who have interest to come forward and contest for any positions in the Party.
Meanwhile the exact date for the convention will be announced this week.
