Chipiku Plus workers in Mzuzu against new boss

Chipiku Plus workers in Mzuzu over the weekend went on strike following management’s decision to deploy a new boss Snil Darwoarila.

The workers accused the new manager popularly known as ‘Lala’ of ill-treatment.

According to one of the striking workers said Lala to tend to insult them all the times and he also toilet cleaning schedule for them.

He said the workers are tired of this ill-treatment and they want him out.

Recently there has been a general outcry from Malawians working in shops owned by foreign nationals accusing them of ill-treatment.
