United Transformation Movement (UTM) is today holding its much awaited elective conference at Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in the capital Lilongwe.
According to information at hand the Interim leader Dr. Saulos Chilima who is also State Vice President will go unopposed at the convention.
UTM’s Interim General Secretary Patricia Kaliati confirmed of the development in an interview with the press, saying no one has come forward to challenge Chilima on the post of the President.
Kaliati said despite Chilima going unopposed all other positions there are challengers.
