Death has been announced of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) lawmarker for Dedza South Constituency Patrick Themu.
MCP Secretary for Dedza, Mr Philimon Ngozi confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS).
According to Ngozi, Themu died at his home in Likuni, Lilongwe, and his body is currently at Kamuzu Central Hospital mortuary.
Late Mr Themu has been ill for some time.
