Peoples Party (PP) leader Joyce Banda has reversed her decision not to contest in this year’s elections, and is scheduled to present her nomination papers tomorrow, Tuesday, February 5 2019.
Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) has announced in a rescheduled programme made available to faceofmalawi reporter.
This follows the collapsing of PP-UTM alliance following disagreements on runningmate.
According to MEC publicist Sangwani Mwafulirwa, Joyce Banda will present her papers at 14:00hours.
Others to present their papers tomorrow are Peter Kuwani of Mbakuwaku Movement for Development (MMD) and Chris Bullah of Democratic Federal Alliance (DFA).
