BLANTYRE – President Peter Mutharika is expected to present his presidential nomination papers to MEC by this afternoon around 2pm at Comesa Hall.
President Mutharika will be competiting on his ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) ticket.
Meanwhile, party cadets are mobilising to get enough numbers to paint the city blue.
