President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has appointed Everton Chimulirenji as his runningmate ahead of the forthcoming May 21 tripartite election.
Mutharika who is also President of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) unveiled Chimulirenji at Comesa Hall on Friday during the presentation of nomination papers to the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC).
Chimulirenji is a serving Minister of Culture and Civic Education
