260 household affected by heavy rain in Nsanje

NSANJE – The rainstorm which hit some parts of the district on Sunday, damaged 260 houses. Some of the houses were reduced to rubble while others had roofs blown off.
According to reports from the district council, 15 people in the area of T/A Tengani sustained minor injures and were treated as outpatients at Nsanje District Hospital.
The storm also damaged some houses in Zomba, Nkhotakota and Chikwawa Districts.
