Mbayani-Chemusa Ward councilor, M’ngelezi Edwin Chinthuli has said once voted again into power he will continue with different developmental programmes as one way of developing the community.

Speaking in an interview, Chinthuli said during his tenure as Democratic Progressive party (DPP) councilor he has brought a lot of developments and when ushered again into power in May, 21 tripartite elections the development will continue in the area.

“I promise people of my area  that once elected for the second time the development will continue so I urge them to vote for me and Professor Peter Mutharika as a President of this country,” he said.

He cited some of the developments which include construction of foot bridges, construction of police unit at Chapima Height, construction of school blocks, street lights at Zikwanje along M1 road, Construction of Primary at Mbayani just to mention but a few.

“Apart from those developments, i have also increased Kiosk, potable water, sanitation, rehabilitate toilets at Mbayani and Chemusa,” he said

He therefore urged people in the community to vote for him in May, 21 tripartite for continuation of developments.
