MultiChoice Malawi has devised an internet installation application to be used by their certified system installers in providing new MultiChoice subscribers with standardized and cost-effective connectivity.
The installer Eco-system application is an internet-based system meant to register, track and verify new DSTV decoder connections which is meant to allocate the company’s accredited installers to new connection jobs systematically and also enable MultiChoice technical team verify standard.
MultiChoice Malawi’s Communications Manager, Chimwemwe Nyirenda told Malawi News Agency (Mana) that the move has been made to afford the company’s customers with improved television picture quality, deter the use of sub-standard installation materials as well as ensure easy and fast connection process.
“We want to ensure that our customers experience an easy, fast, reliable and engaging set-up process which in the end will translate in cost-effectiveness,” said Nyirenda.
According to Nyirenda, the Eco-system application will provide ease in finding an installer, scheduling and ensuring that the job is well done the first time. He added that all completed installation by an accredited installer guarantees a six months warranty.
“MultiChoice Malawi has launched the Eco-system application to ensure best service delivery among its customers by making great entertainment accessible,” he said.
