Tonny Ngalande the Businessman and Balaka North Independent candidate has been beaten up and held at an identified place in Mozambique.
According to reports those who are holding him are demanding that he will be released only if he returns the money they alleges he stole from him.
Reports say Ngalande received payment for a car he was selling yet he failed to release the vehicle.
