Zambian High Commissioner to Ghana Rayford Mbulu has died.
High Commissioner Mbulu, a former Kalulushi member of parliament, died in the early hours of today in Accra.
Details of the cause of his death will follow soon.
High Commissioner Mbulu served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Labour before he was deployed into the foreign service.
Reports from Ghana indicate that the commissioner died in the early hours of 6th March,2019.
Livestoke and Fisheries Minister Kampamba Mulenga confirmed the death of Mr. Mbulu on her facebook page.
“It is with a heavy heart that i wish to inform you all that Zambias High Commissioner to Ghana who also happens to be a former Member of Parliament for Kalulushi Hon. Rayford Mbulu has go to be with the Loard.”
