Aspirant Parliamentarian for Blantyre City South Constituency Pemphero Mphande of Umodzi party has said even if he loses Parliamentarian race in this forth coming tripartite election in May 21 he will still continue helping the community in the constituency.

Mphande a youth Parliamentarian shadow MP said his vision is to see people in Chilobwe and surrounding area to be empowered educationally and economically through job creation and Small Scale Enterprises (business).

Speaking at his base in Chilobwe Township Pemphero Mphande said as his professional as medical personnel and with his youth organization he has a passion to work with the community and to empower them with different skills so that they can rely on their own without depending on others.

“As Umodzi Party our manifesto is Education for All, Employment for all and Justice for all. I will empower the youth with vocational skills like Baking, Carpentry and Joinery, Bricklaying, Mechanics, Auto electrician and Tailoring,” he said.

Mphande also said he will pay school fees to the needy students so that they can be educated to contribute country’s socially economic growth.

He therefore urged the voters to usher him into power for more development.
