St Lukes Mission Hospital In Zomba Plans to Construct New Modern Theatre

Authorities at St Luke’s Mission Hospital in Zomba say plans to construct a new modern operating theatre are on cause and works on the site will commence in a week’s time.

Speaking to local media, Principal Hospital Administrator, Winasi Boma said the new operation theatre will consist of two operating rooms and other facilities within it and the project will cost about K124 million.
Boma said when the theatre will be completed in four months’ period, it will also improve the issue of maternal health since pregnant women will also have access to the theatre.
