High court in Zomba has adjourned a murder case of Macdonald Masambuka a person with albinism to May 6.

Judge Zione Ntaba adjourned the hearing of the case as priest Thomas Muhosha’s new defense attorney Louis Bande did not turn up.

The judge advised Muhosha to find another lawyer to represent him and that he should not delay the case.

Ntaba further said that if the priest fail to identify another lawyer, he will be represented by the Legal Aid Bureau Lawyers.

Commenting on the matter Legal aid Bureau’ lawyer Trouble Kalua, who is also representing nine suspects in the case said further adjournment of the case will lead to delaying of justice on the matter.

According to Timothy Chirwa, a lawyer representing other two suspects in the case said Muhosha has changed lawyers twice since the commencement of the case.
