President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has appointed members of the Malawi Human Rights Commission (MHRC).
This has been disclosed in a press statement signed by Chief Secretary to the President Lloyd Muhara released on Tuesday made available to faceofmalawi.
According to Muhara, the appointments are with effect from 25th March 2019.
The appointed members are; Mrs Stella Twea, Dr. Bertha Safe, Mr. Baldwin Chiyamwaka, Mr. Boniface Massah, Ms. Scader Louis and Reverend Mrs Cecilia Kotima.
The other member is Law Commissioner and the Ombudsman.
