The Association of Persons with Albinism (APAM) has given the Inspector General of Police a 10 day ultimatum to arrest suspected police officers in connection of Buleya Lule’s death.

The police have been attributing the delay in the arrests to a lack of an autopsy report conducted.

They reveal that arrests will be made once they have received the report.

These sentiments have however been received with criticism from analysts who blame the police of shielding their staff who were on duty on the day Lule was killed while in custody.

Basing on the report released by Pathologist Charles Dzamalala which among others revealed that Lule died of electrocution, APAM has given the IG a 10-day ultimatum to bring the culprits to book.
