Police at Dwangwa said they are not happy with how security guards at Illovo Dwangwa Estate are behaving.
Nkhunga Police Spokesperson Sub-Inspector Ignitious Esau said the guards are checking Certificate of Fitness and Insurance for motor vehicles at entry points to its offices.
