Reserve Bank of Malawi chartered cargo plane had a difficulty in landing at Kumuzu International Airport due to bad weather.
Airport commandant at KIA, Don Chimtengo confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS), saying the incident happened on Tuesday morning.
According to Chimtengo, the MD11 flight was ferrying cash from Brussels in Belgium.
The plane had eleven crew members on board.
