The Chief Secretary to Government Lloyd Muhara has issued a statement on whistle-stop election campaign tour President Peter Mutharika is scheduled to conduct in Salima and Dedza districts on Tuesday.
It comes barely a day after planned rallies in the districts were postponed on Sunday due to urgent matters the President had to attend.
