Three monitors at Mwimba Primary School centre have beenarrested Kasungu Police Station for allegedly voting without registering.

According to sources at the centre say the two of the suspects are students at Mwimba College of Agriculture who were assigned as monitors for two different independents candidates contesting for a parliamentary seat in Kasungu West.

Kasungu Police spokesperson Inspector Harry Namwanza says the trio were arrested through an automated system of checking voters names after beating the manual system to cast vote.
