Presiding Officer for Adult Literacy Polling center at Chimutu TDC center under Lilongwe City Center Constituency Main Tally center has been arrested for keeping unofficial results sheet from Adult Literacy polling center home.
The officer, Charles Ngalande, was seen dropping the papers from his personal vehicle and not one from MEC.
The development has angered political party observes at the center.
