MEC Press briefing scheduled for 12 noon shifted to 1pm

The Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) has shifted the media briefing scheduled for 12 noon today to 1pm at the main Tally Center at Camesa Hall in the commercial capital Blantyre.
MEC Director of Media Sangwani Mwafulirwa confirmed of the changes in a statement released this morning made available to faceofmalawi reporter.
“This is to advise that the press briefing will be held at 1pm today and not 12pm as earlier communicated,” reads in part the statement by Mwafulirwa.
The cause of the changes is not known at the moment.
