Office of President and Cabinet (OPC) has hired Malawi Broadcasting Cooperation (MBC) employee Charles Wahara as the press officer for the new vice President Everton Chimulirenji.

Official from OPC have confirmed Wahara’s appointment as the new press officer for the vice president.

 Wahara once worked for Cavalry Family Church Radio (CFC) before joining MBC.

Wahara becomes the fourth press officer to work for the vice presidents after Diana Nkhulambe who worked for Cassim Chilumpha, Willie Zingani who worked for Joyce Banda and Pilirani Phiri who worked for Saulos Chilima.
